How do you ship packages?

The order process follows these steps:


All orders are checked against an independent service for the risk of fraud before payment verification is completed. This is done with an hour of order placement.

After an order is verified, In-Stock items in an order is processed and sent directly from our warehouse within 24 hours (except weekend and public holidays) and will be dispatch in 2-4 business day within West Malaysia East Malaysia.

Once packed for dispatch, we send packages via Citylink (Standard Shipping) and Grab/Lalamove (Express Shipping only for Kuala Lumpur/ Selangor area).For free shipping with min. purchase of RM800, your package will be posted by standard shipping service for delivery to your chosen delivery location.

Free shipping can deliver to a residential or business address.For express shipping, as these are delivered by courier directly from our warehouse, a street address and phone number are required as couriers cannot deliver to post parcel to third party transport and may need to contact you if the order cannot be delivered on the first attempt.

Signatures and phone numbers will also be required as is the requirement from all courier companies for international parcels.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is available for all local customers and will generally take 2-7 business days from the time of dispatch.‚Äč

Tracking numbers are provided on all orders as soon as they are dispatched to allow you to track the progress of your item(s) in real-time.


Please note: As of 17th of March, 2020, we have decided to not require items to be returned to us until further notice.

This is to help to avoid placing our customers in situations where they need to attend crowded places such as post offices or malls during the high-risk time for the COVID-19 virus.
